Nan huaijin: Why are you heavy, tired and listless?

The body of a man of practice must be light, so-called sage like type.

Look at some old people. When they are old, some people are in wheelchairs or need help walking. If they don't walk, they will feel pain all over. This is the reason why karma is heavy.

Xu Yun, an old monk who is over 1 10, can still walk 60 Ali every day. Old monk Guangqin is over eighty years old and walks like a gust of wind. This is the man of practice.

Why do people get worse when they get old, but some people don't? Chinese medicine says that when people get old, they start with their feet and work from the bottom up.

So, why is it aging? Tortured by their own desires.

For example, people with heavy lust will consume kidney essence; People who are greedy will consume heart function; People with a heavy heart will have liver problems.

These are all slowly consumed. This is emotionally speaking, people are aging because of these three things.

One of the reasons for human aging is the interference of external magnetic field.

For example, a person hides many beings in his body. Those who kill too much, eat too much meat, or burn mountains and trees will hide many beings in their bodies. Then their bodies will also feel heavy.

I am very tired when I worship Buddha, and some people feel very light when I worship Buddha, because all beings in my body have left.

There are many beings hidden in our bodies, such as hell and hungry ghosts. These creatures must absorb our energy and energy if they want to sustain life. When energy is insufficient, they will make trouble and make people unconscious. Therefore, when we lack energy, this body is difficult to support and we often feel heavy.

People with light karma will feel refreshed, which is an inner feeling. So the body will definitely react when practicing. People who have been studying Buddhism for a long time, after reaching a certain level, all beings in the body are detached, so they are more and more relaxed.

So everyone came to Kannonji to visit the old people, all full of energy. This is a blessing. Go to the nursing home to see those old people. Oh, lifeless.

The nursing home is a terrible place, with too much yin and too many ghosts. So those old people are very bad karma.

When you recite Buddha, you will feel refreshed and take off all the sentient beings you have eaten before, and your body will relax. The Sutra of Zhunti Buddha Mother says that when the karma is eliminated, you will dream of spitting out black things, pulling out black blood, pulling out black feces, and so on. This is a symbol of the elimination of karma. This karma is a magnetic field.

When practicing the pharmacist method, you will also feel that there are many kinds of beings in the body who are separated from the body, and the body will be clean and then have diarrhea. This is a sign. Everyone has the opportunity to observe and observe. Buddhism is true, it is true, and there must be a physical reaction.

When the karma is heavy, it is the most difficult to worship Buddha. Especially big worship, many people worship big worship, which is more tiring than hard work. And I am tired of reciting, I will doze off, I will often mispronounce, and I will not concentrate.

Anyone who has had the experience of helping reading knows that some deceased people have heavy karma, so we help them read, which is very tiring and tiring. Because there are many sentient beings among the dead, they want to come and absorb our magnetic field. So I am very tired.

Some people go to the hospital to visit patients, and the patients are fine, but the visitors have problems and even fall down. Because the hospital is an important "settlement center" between the dead and the dead, it is full of all kinds of sentient beings who want revenge. In addition, many people have died in many wards and beds, and their "residual information" is still there. Therefore, practitioners who go to the hospital to visit patients, people who believe in Buddhism, and simple and kind people will all be "stared at" by these massive beings, and all kinds of "symptoms" will appear. If you don't read Buddha and cross there, many sentient beings will follow you home. But don't go to the hospital to visit patients because you are afraid of many sentient beings. Instead, we should read Buddha "attentively" in hospitals and wards and make a simple crossing to benefit countless sentient beings and bodhisattvas who suffer there. This is a good opportunity to increase our compassion and increase our blessings. Therefore, the Buddha once said that "caring for the sick" has infinite merits. So we should worship Guanyin Bodhisattva more. If we worship Guanyin Bodhisattva for a long time, we will be relaxed, everything will be full of vitality, and we will feel very light when walking. At the same time, be vegetarian and don't eat meat.

Learn Buddhism while you are young, and humanize all beings who have been killed and eaten before learning Buddhism. After they leave our bodies, they gradually become clean, so they feel very light. This feeling is really good.

Therefore, sometimes, it is a very happy thing to read Buddha and worship Buddha.

The first sentence is to worship Buddha more, worship Buddha every day, and recite the scriptures every day.

The second sentence is vegetarian, not killing.
