Slow employment, I don't know which newly coined word, maybe everyone doesn't quite understand its meaning. In fact, there is a synonym that we are familiar with, which is what we used to call "unemployed people".

I remember when I was in college, the second half of my senior year began. As soon as everyone met, it was whether they had found a job or not, and whether they had successfully taken the postgraduate entrance examination. Anyone who has not found a good job near graduation is not confident enough to speak. However, such people are rare.

I guess I was the last person in our class to find a good job. A tripartite agreement was signed at the campus job fair a long time ago, but my family felt that the company in Shanghai was too far away from home, so I kept looking for a job in the last semester of the university and didn't sign the current company until the end of May. To tell the truth, my heart was empty until the job was determined. When chatting with people, I feel uneasy and afraid that others will ask me if I have found a job. At the moment when the work is determined, the big stone in my heart really falls to the ground.

It's not that I don't understand The world is changing rapidly. I don't know when it started, and it became an honor not to find a job after graduating from college.

Indeed, the economic situation is getting worse and worse now. If the school or major is not better, it will be difficult to find a better job as soon as I graduate, but more ordinary jobs can still be found. However, more and more young people have become neets, feel at ease as their unemployed youth, and claim that they are not unemployed, but "slow employment".

Many people choose "slow employment" for two reasons, either self-promotion, unwillingness to make do and not blindly follow the trend of employment. Either you want to start a business and be your own boss. However, these two points are more just excuses.

First of all, the so-called "blind employment" is a false proposition. Indeed, most graduates will find jobs, but this is a huge drift, not a blind choice. At school, we didn't have the ability to make money, so it's normal to need family support. After graduation, we are independent individuals, and we should earn money to support ourselves, instead of shamelessly needing to get old.

In addition, for a graduate, finding a job in the graduation season is the best choice. There are two kinds of general formal company recruitment, school recruitment and social recruitment. Among them, school recruitment is aimed at fresh graduates, mainly in the graduation season, while social recruitment is mainly aimed at job seekers with a certain number of years of professional work experience, generally recruiting all year round. For fresh graduates, the best choice is school recruitment. Although the salary may not be high, there will be a training process after joining the company, and people will be more tolerant. No one will dislike the lack of professional skills of newcomers. Social recruitment requires talents who can get started directly. If the fresh graduates don't find a job in the graduation season, it will be more difficult to find a job in the future.

Besides, the so-called entrepreneurship, entrepreneurship is risky, we must be cautious. With the difficulty of employment, more and more people choose to start their own businesses. However, entrepreneurship must be innovative. And that kind of entrepreneurship for employment, and finally get unemployment.

Starting a business is not a simple matter. Not to mention whether college graduates have funds, can manage and understand the market. The choice of the most critical employment direction is a big problem. I looked at what the so-called "entrepreneurs" around me were doing. Most of them sell fake masks in WeChat business, open online stores to sell fakes, and come to a grocery store, clothing store and restaurant, which is a bit reliable. Is this business? In my opinion, it's all "fooling", either fooling others or fooling yourself.

No matter how grandiose, the essence is still an escape, an escape from cruel reality. It is this fear of escape that makes more and more young people become neets. This is a disease that must be treated.
