Why can't China produce high-quality movies and TV series today?

Nowadays, many writers find it difficult to find something to write in our lives. The works are either too grandiose or too old-fashioned and not close to people's lives at all, so these TV plays are not good for the audience at all.

China's TV dramas and movies are still dominated by small costs, and it is difficult for small-cost TV dramas to make shocking action movies. I can only make movies about love or friendship. In this case, it's ok at first, but after a long time, this kind of movies will flood, and there are not many really good scripts, so the quality is still relatively poor. Compared with the United States, American Marvel Comics Company has invested hundreds of millions of dollars in the heroic movies in The Avengers, and produced many shocking effects, because the difference in cost and the lack of excellent scripts are the main reasons why there are few high-quality domestic film and television dramas.
