Many people think that large companies are large in scale, their operations will be relatively stable, and they will not go bankrupt easily, which means that your job is also guaranteed. At the same time, the management system of large companies is relatively perfect and standardized, where you can have professional guidance. In big companies, you can get in touch with higher-level dignitaries and have a wider range of knowledge. The people you meet may be able to help you in the future. If you want to change jobs after exercising in a big company, your work experience will give you extra points. However, is this really suitable for everyone? Do you think this yearning life must be happy? I don't think so.

After graduating from college, I hope to enter a big company and pave the way for my future development, just like everyone's dream. As I wish, I was lucky to join a company of 500 people. During this period, I gained a lot of work experience. I'm busy every day, and I'm practical, but I always feel something is missing. Because there is a special person to review and approve the whole process at work, the risk will naturally be reduced, and my independent thinking ability has not been fully demonstrated in such a talented big company, and I have been flooded by such a flood. I have worked in this company for four years, and I am muddled and exhausted.

Why do you say you are exhausted? Because my daily work doesn't occupy my own energy. On the contrary, all kinds of people at work need me to deal with them. Interpersonal relationship is not as smooth as I thought, but it makes me feel more inferior.

So, I finally resigned without hesitation. There is no reason, just want to sleep soundly in the future.

Then I entered a small company that was completely different from what I imagined. There were only 20 people, and I was able to feel at home in it, and soon I was promoted to the middle level. Although people will joke that a company with 20 people will make a sensation, I tell you that your impression of a small company has everything, and your independent thinking can get more inspiration from generate. Because there are few people, your competitiveness is small.

Then, I worked in this company for seven years, and I will soon become the boss's second-in-command, and my salary is several times that of my big company.

In fact, we always set too high a standard for ourselves to criticize ourselves. Small companies are not suitable for everyone. They have their own set of procedures. They can be self-reliant and survive in this market wave, which is a manifestation of their ability. We fish and shrimp are trying to earn more wages and live a better life. You worked hard in a big company for several years, and finally in the middle. So why not choose another way to shine more?
