This low-income phenomenon breeds a group of lazy people. These people are in good health, but they don't go out to work, and only help a part of the funds given by low-income families to live.

There are quite a few lazy people in the countryside who don't want to work. They may never really have a serious job, that is, there may be some land at home to grow some food to meet the basic needs of life, and nothing else is needed, because in rural areas, there is no need to spend money except to buy some rice and flour. For these lazy people, the monthly subsistence allowance is enough to meet their normal life. So they don't want to go out to work, and the number of low-income people has been rising in recent years, and the amount given is getting bigger and bigger, so the number of these lazy people is increasing.

These lazy people are in the countryside, of course, they are also in the cities, because in any case, there are people in our country or abroad who are idle and hope to make use of the loopholes in the policy to survive. It is not aimed at people in any region, but this phenomenon does exist. Most of these people don't have high requirements for life, as long as they can live. Their wish is to live day by day, and then buy some necessities for their lives according to the amount of subsidies on these subsistence allowances.

The policy of low-income households is essentially to ensure the basic livelihood of those who really need help, but it has been exploited by these people. It must be said that the implementation of local supervision is also a problem. But there is no way to avoid these phenomena in essence, because there are many healthy people abroad, and homeless people live in shelters every day and never go to work. This phenomenon is not an expedient measure.
