(3) extreme political rhetoric. Some party member cadres show their talents in private, and they are outspoken. They are used to spreading gossip, discussing hot topics on the Internet, even losing the principle of party spirit, spreading political rumors and political jokes, and making irresponsible remarks on major political issues of the Party, which has caused extremely bad influence on society and the masses.

(1) the theory of having nothing to do with oneself. Some party member confuse themselves with ordinary people, who are passive recluses and don't ask about politics. He thinks that he has no post and no right, and there is no need to abide by the party's political discipline; Some ordinary party member cadres think that they have positions but no rights, and there is no need to restrain the Party's political discipline.

(2) the theory of democracy and freedom. Some cadres in party member unilaterally demand democracy in decision-making and freedom of speech within the Party, and they can't straighten out the dialectical relationship between democracy and centralism, freedom and discipline. Said something that violated organizational principles and did something that violated political discipline.

(3) self-righteousness. Some people do not fully and correctly understand the central spirit, but misinterpret the original intention unilaterally, and even regard their incorrect understanding as the central spirit, making it deformed in implementation.

(1) Pay attention to local interests and neglect the overall interests. There are a few leading cadres in party member who lack the overall situation consciousness, ignore the overall interests of the country, and unilaterally emphasize the local interests of their own units and departments, which is beneficial to the party and state policies and the work deployed by their superiors, but difficult to make a detour, and immediately do it to their taste, but not to their taste.

(2) On the other hand, it pays more attention to immediate interests than long-term interests. Some units are driven by their own interests, and do not consider the long-term interests of economic and social development, but only pay attention to the immediate interests and ignore the long-term interests, resulting in the phenomenon of "quick implementation of benefits, slow implementation of benefits, and no implementation of benefits". For example, a few administrative departments that collect and punish are stepping on the red sideline and playing the edge ball.
