Finger Painting　How to draw a self-portrait of yourself using your mobile phone (Drawing Check-in Day 9)

I have been home for the past few days, and I haven’t brought the tools I usually use to practice simple drawing, so I have to suspend the simple drawing check-in for a few days.

Sitting on the high-speed train, a nearly two-hour drive, was a bit boring. I turned on my phone, not watching videos or chatting, but thinking about how to draw a self-portrait for myself.

This is a photo taken by a former classmate. I really like this side profile and have always used it as my profile picture.

This picture is easier to draw. There is only one side profile and no facial expression, so it will be much easier to draw.

Start with the hat. To put it simply, the hat is composed of cylinders and circles. The lines on the hat are very thin and are not drawn with any special tools, but with the index finger.

When painting the hat, apply it lightly and grasp the weight and size of the color.

Next, we have to draw the clothes. The key is to draw the shape and outline of the clothes. The color of the clothes here is a strong bright red. When I first applied it, I was a little scared because it was too bright, but when the whole thing was gradually perfected, I felt that the bright red color was quite nice.

Add a small yellow flower to the hat to harmonize the color of the hat and clothes. Finally the avatar self-portrait is completed.
