Why did you empty everything at the end of the month?

1. Under normal circumstances, the eligible remaining traffic of the month in which you have not changed or unsubscribed the traffic package can be carried forward to the next month.

2. Since 20 15 10 1, our company has started the service that the remaining traffic of the current month is not cleared by default for one month, that is, the remaining traffic of the current month can be carried forward to the end of the next month, and it will be invalid if the carried-forward traffic is not used up at the end of the next month.

3. For example, your remaining traffic on June 20 15 can be carried forward to the end of June 1 15 for further use. If it is not used up, it will be invalid. The residual flow in June 10 cannot be carried forward to February 15, and so on, and so on.

4. At present, only qualified traffic can be cleared for one month, and other package resources such as SMS and call duration cannot be carried forward to this month if this policy is not implemented.

5. If the remaining traffic of your last month's package is not carried forward to this month, it is not excluded that it is caused by your changing the package number, canceling the account, and unsubscribing from the superimposed traffic package. In the current month, it may affect the carry-over of the remaining traffic of the mobile phone package in the current month or the remaining traffic of the superimposed traffic package.

6. At present, eligible Unicom 2G, 3G, 4G and post-paid users can participate in the points reward program without opening. Our company will calculate the points on a monthly basis according to your consumption of Unicom's in-network services. Calculated once a month, every 1 yuan accumulates 1 minute, and the part less than 1 yuan will not be accumulated.
