The last number of Xinxiang traffic restrictions in December: From December 1, 2022 to December 31, 2022, motor vehicles are restricted from Monday to Friday. The last numbers of the license plate are: 1 and 6, 2 and 7, 3 and 8, 4 and 9, 5 and 0. If the license plate number ends in a letter, the last digit shall prevail. Foreign license plates are also restricted, and temporary license plates are also restricted.

Travel restrictions in Xinxiang: 8:00-19:00 from Monday to Friday on weekdays, no restrictions on legal holidays and Saturdays and Sundays.

Xinxiang restricted area: roads west of National Highway 107, south of North Ring Road, north of South Ring Road, and east of West Ring Road (excluding the above roads).

Xinxiang Truck Traffic Restrictions:

1.
