How did you get bullied by your neighbors?

As far as my neighbor downstairs is concerned, every time I wash clothes, she always finds fault with me and says my clothes are dripping. After all, I just rented a house outside. There is no washing machine, everything needs to be washed by hand. I am content to be squeezed like that. Besides, when hanging clothes, I try to hang them as far away as possible. Water dripping on the counter on the roof doesn't prevent her from drying clothes. But every time you yell at me downstairs, I'm speechless.
