Quack doctors are often very marketable and good at fooling patients. Good doctors often have medical skills and ethics, but there is no market. Excellent Chinese medicine practitioners, like artists, need to understand in addition to basic medical knowledge. A quack is a quack all his life and never becomes a good doctor. The patient became suspicious and asked, "Can this medicine be cured?" A: "I am willing to guarantee with my life." The patient died after taking the medicine. Dr. Zhang was sentenced to death. But only hanging was allowed at that time. It is customary for condemned prisoners to have a full meal in prison before execution. Prisoners who usually don't have enough to eat in prison are of course happy at this time. On that day, many thieves were executed together with Dr. Zhang, who came last. When it was Dr. Zhang's turn, it happened that the emperor issued an imperial decree to abolish hanging and all death row inmates were beheaded. So before Dr. Zhang dies, all the bodies will be beheaded. A few hours later, the original lying body was all swollen, and the body was deflated immediately after being cut off. After the executioner cut, he went to Dr. Zhang and raised his knife to cut. Dr. Zhang said, "Wait! I have a prescription to write down first. " The executioner stopped, and Dr. Zhang quickly wrote: "decapitation can cure abdominal distension." This joke tells us that the reason why quacks are always quacks is the way of thinking-lack of understanding. Quack doctors don't try their best to cure diseases, but their ability is limited. He also wanted to study the problem and find a cure, but he was confused and went the wrong way. A good doctor cures a disease, and medicine depends on understanding; Medicine can't be cured because of limited knowledge. Many graduate students of Chinese medicine in our country, many of them "retired" halfway. Why? Because famous doctors can't cure all diseases. The patients who seek medical treatment are terminally ill after a long period of treatment. This has caused the problem of low cure rate of famous doctors. Graduate students will "leave the hospital" halfway because they are young, have little clinical experience, don't know the difficulty of treating diseases, see that the teacher's cure rate is low, and don't seriously think about the reasons. If you are a person, you will always have knowledge limitations and cannot be demanding. To decide whether you are a good doctor, besides the ability to treat diseases, it is important to see whether he has tried his best. The academic truth is the same. Some people achieve great things, while others accomplish nothing. A person has made great achievements because his talent and what he has learned are just right for what he has learned. Such an opportunity is like winning the first prize in the lottery, and it is rare. There are many unknowns in medicine, but not much is known. What people can learn is very limited, but there are many things they can't learn and can't learn! Doctors apply limited knowledge to infinite unknowns, so there are few good doctors and many quacks in the world. There are many quacks but few good doctors. People who are ill are like lottery tickets-they lose more and win less. Therefore, the best way is to teach yourself some medical knowledge. Although you can't be a doctor, you can at least be a ruler to choose doctors and reduce mistakes. Because health is the most important thing in life. Missed health, a lifetime of pain. Good Chinese medicine can't be produced at once. I didn't write it to laugh at people. When I was a child, I studied philosophy and didn't understand the true meaning of the sentence "from perceptual knowledge to rational knowledge". Now think about it, Chinese medicine has grown up while practicing medicine. It has to go through the perceptual knowledge stage and need to be constantly summarized before it can enter the rational knowledge stage. At this stage of perceptual knowledge, the prescriptions prescribed by Chinese medicine are all prescriptions prescribed by quacks, some of which are cured and some are not cured. Only by constantly summing up experience can we gradually improve our medical skills. If you don't treat patients as teachers and don't know how to improve yourself from every clinic, you will always be a quack. People can't all be geniuses, they can't all be born knowing, and they all learn to know. Everyone who is a Chinese medicine practitioner will have a quack stage. As far as I know, there are still very few young Chinese medicine practitioners who really become good doctors. It is human nature to seek comfort. It is ok to earn money by practicing medicine. Without competition and supervision, many people will muddle along. Few people want to improve themselves by studying hard. Therefore, if our society needs a large number of good doctors, we must establish a reward and incentive mechanism. How to establish an incentive mechanism is a problem of medical and health administration, not my scope. But I suggest that the increase or decrease of a good doctor in a society can be used as a yardstick for the work of the medical and health administrative departments at this stage.
