I was executed by Zhucheng court because of joint insurance. What should I do?

In this case, the "joint and several guarantees" should be joint and several liability guarantees. According to Article 16 of the Guarantee Law, the guarantee methods are as follows:

(1) general guarantee;

(2) Joint and several liability guarantee.

At the same time, because the parties to this case belong to the guarantor, and bear joint and several liability guarantee. Then, according to Article 18 of the Guarantee Law, if the parties agree in the guarantee contract that the guarantor and the debtor are jointly and severally liable for the debt, it is a joint liability guarantee.

If the debtor of joint and several liability guarantee fails to perform the debt at the expiration of the debt performance period agreed in the main contract, the creditor may require the debtor to perform the debt, or may require the guarantor to assume the guarantee liability within the scope of its guarantee.

In other words, if the parties belong to the above situation, then the court's execution is also very correct. If the party refuses to accept it, it may file a reconsideration with a higher court. According to the provisions of Article 225 of the Civil Procedure Law, if the parties or interested parties think that the enforcement act violates the law, they may file a written objection to the people's court responsible for enforcement. If a party or interested party raises a written objection, the people's court shall conduct an examination within 15 days from the date of receiving the written objection. If the reason is established, it shall make a ruling to cancel or correct it; If the reason cannot be established, the ruling shall be rejected. If a party or interested party refuses to accept the award, it may apply to the people's court at the next higher level for reconsideration within ten days from the date of service of the award.
