There is no direct relationship, only geographical relationship, whether it is India or Egypt. Ethnically, only Copts are descendants of ancient Egyptians, and others are Semites. Ancient India refers to the period before the Vedas-Aryans invaded India. India today is not related to ancient India because of a large number of invasions in history. It has nothing to do with culture, otherwise there would be no such names as ancient Egypt and ancient India. Like China, there is no name of ancient China, because the main culture of China has never been broken.
