Hello everyone! I am from Shanwei, Guangdong, and my brother-in-law is from Yongzhou, Hunan. In the summer of 2015, I went to Yongzhou, Hunan.

It happened to be the summer vacation that year and I went there for a few days. His home was in Lanshan County, and he was a little acclimatized when he first arrived there. The temperature was so high that I ate three bowls of rice during my three-day stay. There was chili pepper in every meal. Chili pepper was used in every dish, and it was very spicy. As a Cantonese, I really couldn't stand it. I couldn't eat spicy food at that time. Later, after staying out for a long time, I gradually started to eat spicy food.

I also found that they don’t get acne when they eat spicy food, and their skin is still very good. "Hunan" people are really "lucky if there is no spicy food", and they always have chili peppers in every meal.

I have never been to Hunan, because it is in Hunan [laughing].

I am a Hunanese. Hunan has mountains and rivers, beautiful scenery and rich products. It has been a "land of fish and rice" since ancient times.

Hunan is the hometown of the great leader Chairman Mao. There is Shaoshan, the former residence of the chairman; there is Yuelu Academy where "only Chu has talent, and here it is prosperous!"; there is "worry about the world first, and then the world." "Enjoy the fun!" Yueyang Tower; the vast Dongting Lake; the famous scenic spot Zhangjiajie of the National Geological Forest Park; the Buddhist resort Nanyue Hengshan and so on. There are both traces of history and beautiful mountains and rivers, which are worth a visit.

Hunan’s food is “mainly spicy”. There is no feast without spicy food. The spicy crayfish, the appetizing fish head with two peppers, the best fried pork with rice, and Chairman Mao’s favorite braised pork. Meat and stinky tofu are all over the street. There are so many, too many to mention. It can whet your appetite and satisfy your appetite.

Hunan people are warm and hospitable, and the hard-working people of Hunan welcome guests from all over with bottles of fine wine.

I have been to Hunan and also to Hengshan. It took eight hours to climb the mountain. Hunan has mountains, rivers and rich local culture.

I have been to Chenzhou, Hunan, which is my second hometown.

At the end of 1994, wearing a green military uniform, I packed my backpack and carried my dream. It lasted more than two years, with sweat and joy, and she missed every plant and tree there. It had been almost thirty years since she left. Maybe it was no longer what she remembered, and she was always in her dreams.

I went to Hunan in May this year for a self-driving tour. A group of 8 people took an in-depth tour of Hunan's natural landscapes and the former residences of great men. They were all worth visiting and it was a worthwhile trip.

A small thing, it is also a little joke we often mention after dinner. A friend cannot eat spicy food at all. When he arrived in Hunan, every time he had a meal, he would insist to the restaurant owner that he wanted two non-spicy dishes. However, the friend still found it too spicy and could not eat it. Everyone is very surprised, why is this? It turns out that in Hunan, it is very difficult to find a non-spicy pot and cook. Hunan people really like spicy food, spicy, spicy, spicy, hehe, People who are too bitter and can't eat spicy food go to Hunan.

One year I went to Hunan. It was winter and the Spring Festival was coming soon. I went to visit relatives. The first thing they felt when they arrived in Hunan was that the room was too cold. They put a brazier under the table when eating, but it didn't help. Even though I was covered with a thick quilt, I felt cold when I slept at night.

Although the winter in our north is cold, the temperature inside the house is over 20, which is warm and cozy. Winter in the south is difficult.

What, I’m from Hunan

A few years ago, I was on a business trip for half a month because my company had business dealings. When I went to Zhuzhou for the first time, I found that almost all the dishes served were spicy, because I usually eat spicy food and could barely tolerate it. But other colleagues just couldn't stand it and couldn't adapt to it for a week.

However, I found that the people there do not enjoy spicy food at every meal. The noodles they eat for breakfast are filled with a layer of red chili oil, but they eat them with gusto and have acne on their faces. I don’t have any acne and my skin is very good, which I always feel is strange. Later, after some research, I found out that the water over there was cold, which probably had a lot to do with it.

Later I went to Yiyang City and found that everyone was very well-dressed. The most important thing was that they were very hospitable and very warm to others.

I have been there many times, and every time I pass by by train. We go back and forth between Chongqing and Zhejiang. Although I didn’t dare to take the train during the epidemic in the past two years, I also flew over Hunan by plane.
