The place is hundreds of miles away, connected to the old seal of Hanshou in the west and the old base of Yiyang in the east.

The first couplet says that Guan Yu succeeded Wenxuan Great Sage (Confucius) and Wu Mu (Yue Fei) below; the second couplet combines the geographical situation with Guan Yu's career, which is very distinctive.

There is a Guandi Temple on Liupan Mountain in Ningxia. Its temple couplet advises people to live sincerely:
