It determines a person's political direction, ideals, beliefs and ways of thinking, and also determines a person's values. Without "world outlook" and "outlook on life", where can there be "values"? The "values" in the goal of "emotional attitude and values" naturally become passive water and rootless wood. In addition, this "goal" only requires teachers to educate students on "emotional attitudes and values" in the process of education and teaching, but ignores the improvement requirements of teachers' own "emotional attitudes and values" and how teachers influence students' "emotional attitudes and values" subtly.
The "three-dimensional goal" still lacks the good psychological quality and lofty innovative consciousness and ability that the party and the country are very concerned about, that is, the goals of "mental health education" and "innovative consciousness and ability cultivation" for students. Therefore, the new curriculum standard is "irregular" and "full of loopholes", which is suspected of disturbing people's hearts and not conforming to the party's educational principles and policies.
Second, the logic is chaotic.
The author believes that "three-dimensional target" still has the disadvantages of logic and improper classification. For example, the goals of "process and method" have an inclusive relationship with those of "knowledge and ability, emotional attitude and values"-the goals of "process and method" include those of "knowledge and ability" and "emotional attitude and values", and their achievement is the result of the selection and application of "process and method", so "knowledge and ability" and "emotional attitude and values" are the results. However, the "process and method" of education and teaching is not only the goal and task of completing the two dimensions of knowledge and ability, emotional attitude and values, but also the goal and task of world outlook and outlook on life, mental health, innovative consciousness and ability and moral quality mentioned above, that is, the goal and task of students' all-round development of education, so the "three-dimensional goal" is logical and classified. In view of the above reasons, it is necessary to change "three-dimensional goal" into "four-dimensional goal", namely "knowledge and ability", "morality and three views (world outlook, outlook on life and values)", "physical education and psychological education" and "innovative consciousness and ability", and delete "process and method" and "emotional attitude and values" goals. In this way, the relationship between them is straightened out: first, there is no logical confusion between goals; Second, it is more intuitive, concrete and easy to understand, especially in line with the party's educational policy, covering the all-round development of students' body, intelligence, morality and beauty.
Third, the operation is inconvenient.
Curriculum objectives must be concrete, clear and perceptible, not general, vague and imperceptible. But the "three-dimensional target" is both general and abstract, and it is not easy to operate. For example, the goal of "emotions, attitudes and values" includes "What are emotions, attitudes and values?" "How should teachers in all disciplines cultivate students' emotional attitudes and values?" "What are the scope of emotional attitude and values education? ""What standards should students' emotional attitudes and values reach? ""How to evaluate effectively? " Ambiguity, concreteness and other issues are vague, which makes it difficult for teachers as implementers of the new curriculum to fully understand, accurately grasp and effectively implement.
Because of the above-mentioned problems of the "three-dimensional goal", the "four fullness" and "four holidays" in the basic education classroom have been triggered. "Four full houses" means full house asking, full house moving, full house putting, full house boasting; "Four falsehoods" are false independence, false cooperation, false exploration and false infiltration [1]. As a result, those "inefficient", "ineffective" or "negative" classes frequently appear, which makes the new lesson become a "joke" and a catastrophe, which is really sad. Therefore, some scientists sharply criticized the subject "new curriculum standard" under the guidance of the "new concept" of curriculum reform, just like "a house is full of beautiful decorations, but the load-bearing wall has been knocked down", showing "very obvious mistakes and endless future troubles" and needing to be pulled back from the cliff [2].
The curriculum reform of basic education in China has become a dangerous journey of disorientation, and only when we get lost can we get a new life [2]. In order to make the curriculum reform of basic education in China really play the role of building an "efficient" classroom, get rid of the shackles of traditional education, promote basic education to a scientific and normal track, and comprehensively improve the quality of education and teaching, the state and education administrative departments and all educators must carefully examine the new situations and problems that have emerged in the ten years since the implementation of the new curriculum, deeply reflect and explore, comprehensively sum up existing problems and experiences, and foster strengths and avoid weaknesses. Re-formulating the "curriculum standard" in line with the national conditions and educational laws will make the "new curriculum standard" move from "general, abstract, contradictory and inconvenient to operate" to "clear, concrete, clear and operable", and also bring a peaceful sky to basic education.
