The cartoon "The Story of a Jungle with Bears" tells the story that Xiong Dahe and Xiong Er returned to the jungle after traveling around the world and met their friends in the jungle again. Logger Vick chased two bears into the jungle and became a lumberjack again, illegally cutting down trees in this jungle which has been planned as a nature reserve.

In order to prevent Logger Vick from destroying forests, jungle animals led by Xiong Da Xiong Er and Logger Vick once again launched a series of funny contests.
