Leling dialect joke

There are few records about Chong Wang in the History of the Three Kingdoms, only attached to the biography of Fei. Chong Wang, a former tooth guard, was a subordinate of Jiangzhou Governor Li Yan, but because he was hated by Li Yan, he was afraid that Li Yan would deal with him, so he surrendered to Cao Wei. Cao Wei appointed Chong Wang as the prefect of Leling.

Li Hong met Zhuge Liang after his arrival in Shu and mentioned that he had met with Meng Da and was meeting with him. Chong Wang said that after Mengda surrendered to Cao Cao, Zhuge Liang wanted to kill Mengda's family, but Liu Bei refused, and Mengda didn't believe Chong Wang. Zhuge Liang wrote a letter to Meng Da, hoping to get foreign aid from him. The letter mentioned that he knew Chong Wang's remarks and praised Meng Da for knowing him and not believing Chong Wang's words.
