In the usual work, due to the busy leadership affairs, sometimes the task is relatively simple, just a few words and some preliminary ideas. As a community secretary, we should give full play to our intelligence, combine time, development trend and subjective and objective environment, improve leadership intention, and provide feasible plans and reasonable suggestions for leaders. First of all, we should have good communication with leaders. For the work assigned by the leaders, we must listen carefully and make clear the objectives, procedures and results of the work before we can begin to implement the work. Second, further deepen and improve the leadership intention. Think positively, be good at analysis, think carefully, dare to give opinions and suggestions to leaders, and dare to express their views to leaders. A better understanding near the head is to go deep into the residents, love and care for the masses, understand the masses, and do everything for the masses.

First, publicize the principles and policies of the party and the government, especially the policy of benefiting the people, so that residents can always feel the warmth and care of the party and live a happier life.

Second, we should keep close contact with the masses and make friends with them. First of all, the community secretary should really understand the needs of ordinary people and read their hearts. For example, building a harmonious community, in the past, we provided services passively, but we often gave services to the masses, and the masses did not necessarily buy it, but they still had grievances. Why? Because the services provided are not what the masses need, we have not kept up with the services that the masses really need. How can we provide the services that the masses need? We organized a series of home visits to ask people what they need and provide services according to their needs, instead of simply implementing the policies of higher authorities. We should turn alleys, hutongs and buildings into a grid, and community secretaries, directors and workers should cover areas, hospitals and households. In this way, the close contact between community cadres and the masses has enhanced mutual understanding and won the trust of the masses. Secondly, we should exchange true feelings for sincerity. Cadres in our community go upstairs once a week, and they also disclose their mobile phone numbers in residential buildings so as to keep in touch with the masses at any time.

Third, we must unblock the channels of public opinion and understand the voices of the masses in a timely manner. Every community in our country has a system of residents' deliberation. If we really play the role of the residents' deliberation system, all the work in the community will receive unexpected results. Because everyone solves their own problems, the enthusiasm of the masses to participate in the "deliberation" is very high. Of course, "discussion" is mainly about what the community can do, not what it can't do. If the discussion can't solve the problem, it is easy to dispel the enthusiasm of the masses.

We must solve people's worries and create a comfortable living environment. Doing mass work, if you preach blindly, will not only have a bad effect, but even cause resentment among the people. Over the past few years, we have solved the difficult problems that people care about, such as the illegal construction of the No.2 Pan Geng Street Hospital and the hardening of the three rubber factories, and the satisfaction of the people has been greatly improved. I think solving the practical problems of these people, such as particularity, urgency and arduousness, can not only reflect the warmth of the party and the government, but also win the support and trust of the masses.

Taking the lead is the guarantee.

Take the lead by yourself, that is, we should keep in mind our own identity, pay attention to the image of the Party among the masses, always play an exemplary role everywhere, mobilize the enthusiasm of residents to participate in community construction, be innocent of party member's identity, and feel at ease in their work. The community is an organic whole, and the community secretary is in the core and leading position. The quality of a secretary directly determines the strength of a "team" and affects the image of a community. The exemplary leading role of the secretary should be mainly reflected in the following aspects.

One is to take the lead in learning and become an expert. The top leader is not only the leader of the organization, but also the decision maker of the work. If he doesn't understand the business, it is difficult to carry out the overall work, it is difficult to keep up with the work of the superior center, and it is difficult to innovate. Therefore, if a community secretary wants to become an expert in business, he is called a panacea in our community. While studying political theory, we should seriously study professional knowledge, strive to become an expert, and use our own learning actions to drive everyone's learning and form a good learning atmosphere.

The second is to set an example and take the lead in implementing various rules and regulations. "fish begins to stink at the head". As a community secretary, we should really set an example and dare to establish a healthy atmosphere. Leading by example is a silent command and the most inspiring guidance. It will directly affect the thoughts and actions of the team members and even the broad masses of cadres and the masses. The "number one" is pragmatic and does not dare to engage in ostentation and extravagance, superficial articles or formalism. Ask everyone to do it, and do it first; If you don't do it, you don't do it first. We should also dare to face difficulties, criticize unhealthy trends and resist unhealthy trends, that is, carry forward healthy trends and win people's hearts.

The third is to carry out criticism and self-criticism in the ranks. Whether the secretary can seriously carry out criticism and self-criticism is very important for the members of the team to become a collective of unity and fighting. Be strict with yourself, be lenient with others, take the initiative to take credit, and be sincere and generous with others. By bringing out the good style of team members with their own practical actions, we can establish prestige among cadres and the masses, pay attention to the overall situation, look at the mainstream, stress principles on major issues, stress style on minor issues, be kind to others, listen to different opinions, consciously accept criticism, dare to grasp management at the same time, and criticize bad tendencies in time and consistently.

Fourth, when there are difficulties or problems in the work, the secretary should be brave enough to shoulder heavy responsibilities. You can't put all the big and small things on others, let alone shirk and be irresponsible. As long as the "number one" is truly honest, selfless, good at unity and willing to contribute, he can be the helm of a unit and gain social recognition and respect from the masses.

Fifth, how to set an example for the community and lead them to actively participate in community construction. During the renovation, we will dismantle the damaged carport of the relatives' hospital of the thermal power plant according to the requirements of the superior. Time is tight, tasks are heavy, and aerial work is very dangerous. In this work, as a secretary, I personally led the team and undertook the high-altitude demolition work. Everyone worked together to complete the task safely in advance with good quality and quantity.

In my daily work, not only I do this, but also community workers are required to do so. Since I started working according to the "three-headed" working method, I have received satisfactory results. I obviously feel that the work resistance is small, the work quality is high, and the work achievements are obvious to all. The people are satisfied and the leaders are satisfied. The cohesion of the General Party Branch has been greatly enhanced, the image of party member has been significantly enhanced, and residents' enthusiasm for participating in community construction is growing. It has formed a new atmosphere of community construction with party member taking the lead and the whole people participating in development.
