It takes a long time to finish writing, and it's not the same thing twice. I like reading books such as History of Eastern Zhou Dynasty, which will contain traditional Chinese characters or some names I don't know, so I went to TXT and read them in Word. For unfamiliar words, this operation is simple enough to remove.

Second, the choice of characters

Before I learned this skill, except for Ctrl+A, I chose a little more content, which was achieved by holding down and dragging the mouse. Slow to not very slow, just fine-tuning, for example, after the selection is completed, you find that there are more words covered, and you have to drag the mouse back. If you had let go of the mouse, you would have to start again. That's the point.

Operation method: move the cursor to the starting point of the overlay text, press and hold Shift, and then press the keyboard direction key to move the cursor to overlay the text.

If you want to cover a whole paragraph, it's easier. Move the cursor to the beginning of the paragraph, hold down Shift+Ctrl, and then press the arrow keys.

Third, the words behind were eaten.

That is, when a word is inserted into the text, the new word will swallow the original word.

Don't panic at this time, just press Insert on the keyboard. The cause of the problem is that the input state has changed from insert to rewrite. If you think this solution is too fast, you can right-click on the bottom left of Word and change rewriting to insert.

Fourth, delete carriage returns in batches.

This problem will occur when converting a PDF file into a Word document, and it will also occur when copying and pasting text from other places into a Word document.

At this time, press Ctrl+F on the Word interface, switch to replace, and then copy the contents in my double quotation marks into "P" to "find the contents". Leave "Replace with" blank, and then click Replace All to delete the line break.

Five, cross-line selection

In Word, most people drag and drop words with the mouse, which is good, but when you select fragments of words, it is inefficient and inaccurate. What is the efficient method? First, select the beginning of a text segment, and then press the Shift key at the end of the text segment, so that the middle text segment will be automatically selected. How convenient!

6. Delete all hyperlinks with one click.

This is bound to happen to you. When you enter a web address or email address in Word, it will be automatically converted into a blue hyperlink format, and every click will automatically jump to the website. Really annoying! What's the solution? Ctrl+A selects the full text, and then press Ctrl+Shift+F9. All hyperlinks bid farewell to it with one click!

Seven, the text into a table.

Sometimes when you copy a table into Word on some websites, you will find that the table disappears and becomes some regular words. How to convert these words into tables at this time? It's simple. After selecting the text, click Insert → Table → Convert the text into a table in Word.

There are new problems after converting into tables. What should I do if I want to count these tabular data? Of course, I have to use Excel, the brother of Word, so now I'm going to convert Word into Excel and click File → Save As on Word.
