I think I can ask for help and try to use other people’s strength or resources to pull myself out of the trap. But there are two things to note:

First, the target selection must be targeted, and at least one must have good character and close relatives. Otherwise, not only will you not get help, but you may also make more people laugh at you;

2. Lower your expectations. Human nature is self-interested, and the essence of communication is value exchange. If you are at a low point, rational people will definitely worry that they will not be able to save you, but will be dragged into the pit by you.

You must have an attitude of "asking for, but not forcing" help from others, even if you have helped the other person before.
