The core idea of educating children is "everything is for the development of every student". How can we promote the development of students more effectively? The study of the first module of "Learning and Teaching in the Digital Age" gave me great inspiration. Traditional teaching mode: first, teacher-centered, students turn around the teacher's teaching, students become the audience in the classroom or lose the independent letter of learning; Second, based on book knowledge, students can only get rigid knowledge and lose their emotions in the learning process. What is more serious is that some teachers, based on static teaching design, have replaced students' cognitive process of learning content with their own cognitive process of teaching materials, and have never ignored students' initiative and creativity. This is the most precious thing mentioned in the book-"generative teaching material".

? How can teachers get more generative resources that pay attention to students' development? First of all, we should bear in mind Dr. Wang's teaching psychology that "less is more, no talent is more, and slow is faster." Create a humanities classroom, so that students can truly become classroom learners. Teachers should respect students, be willing to accept students and give them free and relaxed psychological space. Let students be willing to "communicate" in class and take the initiative to "speak". Second, teachers should always capture valuable "teaching materials", temporarily leave the "high above" position, abandon the so-called "authority" to change teaching strategies, maximize the enthusiasm of students, create conditions for students to learn independently, develop students' potential, let students experience the happiness of learning, and truly achieve student-oriented classroom. Third, teachers should be willing to be the promoters, organizers and leaders of students' learning, to give students opportunities, to maximize the space for students to learn independently, and to let every child get the best development.
