The Scholars is the most famous satirical novel in the history of China literature, with 56 episodes. The most familiar example of Jin Fan is one of the plots. Wu truly described the darkness of officialdom, imperial examination, society and human nature at that time. Feel all kinds of darkness at the same time, and you can also feel funny. The Scholars has been highly praised by modern scholars in China, and we can regard it as a joke book.
