Why did North Korea withdraw from the Six-Party Talks?

The Korean Central News Agency said that North Korea "condemns and opposes" the presidential statement on the launch of North Korea adopted by the UN Security Council and will "continue to exercise its independent right to use the universe in accordance with international law".

The statement said that respect for autonomy and sovereign equality is the basis and life of the statement adopted by the Six-Party Talks. With this spirit being "completely denied", North Korea "absolutely no longer participates in the Six-Party Talks" and "is no longer bound by the agreements reached at the Six-Party Talks".
