Is there a relationship between displacement and vector?

A vector is a vector, and here is (3,4).

Displacement is an absolute data value and does not contain direction.

So the vector size = displacement | (3,4) | = 5.

Vector = set of displacement and direction

The specific performance is as follows

Vector = displacement * unit direction vector (or unit vector)

(3,4)=|(3,4)|*(0.6,0.8)

Because | (0.6,0.8) | =1,it is called unit vector.
