Vehicle transfer and annual inspection

Inter-provincial driver's license transfer and annual examination can be done together, first transfer the license and then verify it. Motor vehicle drivers who move out of the original jurisdiction of the vehicle management office shall apply for a replacement card to the vehicle management office where they move in; Motor vehicle drivers living outside the jurisdiction of the vehicle management office may apply to the vehicle management office for a new card.

To apply for motor vehicle transfer, the owner of the motor vehicle shall fill in the application form, submit the identity certificate, motor vehicle registration certificate and motor vehicle file, and submit the motor vehicle for inspection. If the motor vehicle has exceeded the validity period of the inspection when it is transferred, it shall carry out safety technical inspection at the transfer place, and submit the certificate of motor vehicle safety technical inspection and the compulsory insurance certificate for traffic accident liability.

Detailed process of vehicle transfer:

1. Issue the document: Pay the transaction tax of used cars. Private households charge 1%, and public households charge 4%.

2. Vehicle external inspection: drive the vehicle to the vehicle inspection office for external inspection, expand the vehicle number, remove the license plate number, take photos of the vehicle, obtain photos of the vehicle, paste them on the inspection record, and enter the transfer hall for filing.

3. License plate selection: After the number selection machine is completed, queue up with relevant materials and hand them over to transfer fees.
