The boss is in trouble Tommy Callahan (Chris Farley, "Beverly Hills Veyron") went to college for seven years, and finally graduated with a D+ and returned to his hometown in Ohio. He is most proud of his father "Big Tom" (Golden Globe winner Brian Dennis), and the whole town is amazed. Young Tommy became the heir to Callahan's auto parts, but he soon got into trouble. His sexy stepmother Beverly ("Perfect") and her loyal son Paul plan to buy his factory. Only Tommy can save the factory and the town. Although not very reliable, he and Richard Hayden (David Spader), the most capable and annoying person in the company, work together to fight evil forces. However, evil forces are not fuel-efficient lamps, so they have also made many hilarious jokes.
