After hearing what the team leader said, of course I said it didn't matter. Fortunately, the item was not very expensive, costing more than a hundred yuan. Later, after discussing with the team leader, they agreed to compensate me for the expenses. Everything went smoothly after that. They transferred the money directly to me via WeChat, and I said a lot of sorrys. In the end, I, the person who lost things, was embarrassed.

But now, express delivery cabinets are installed in the community. The delivery boy only needs to put the goods in the express cabinet and send us a text message, and I will go to the express cabinet to pick up the goods with the text message. This avoids Face to face, and basically there is no problem of lost goods. Therefore, my impression of express delivery companies has always been pretty good.
