The story of Wu Song fighting a tiger
Wu Song's fight against the tiger is a story in Shi Naian's "Water Margin" of the Ming Dynasty.
Wu Song's Fighting the Tiger comes from the 23rd chapter of "Water Margin" written by Shi Naian, "Henghai County Chai Jinliu Bin Jingyang Gang Wu Song Fights the Tiger", which mainly tells the story of the return of the hero Wu Song from Liangshan. I was visiting my brother at home and passed by Jingyanggang on the way. After drinking eighteen bowls of wine at the Gangxia Hotel, I staggered up the hill. Not long after walking, I saw a writing on a tree: "The tigers in Jingyanggang have recently injured people, but there are passing merchants, so they should form a group to cross the hill, don't make a mistake."
Wu Song thought. , this is a scary thing written by the restaurant, in order to let passers-by stay in his shop, ignore it, and continue to move forward. When the sun was about to set, Wu Song came to a dilapidated temple and saw a government notice posted on the temple door. After Wu Song read it, he learned that there was a real tiger on the mountain. When he was about to go back to the hotel, he was afraid of the store's joke, so he continued to move forward.
Due to the drunkenness, he found a big bluestone and lay down on his back. Just as he was about to fall asleep, he suddenly heard a strong wind howling, and a big insect with upturned eyes and a white forehead rushed towards Wu Song. He hurriedly dodged and hid behind the tiger. As soon as the tiger jumped, Wu Song dodged again. The tiger got anxious, shouted loudly, and hit Wu Song with its tail. Wu Song hurriedly jumped away, and when the tiger turned around, he raised his whistle stick, exerted all his strength, and hit the tiger's head hard.

A writer in the late Yuan and early Ming dynasties. Shi Naian's ancestral home was Hailing County, Taizhou. He lived in Shijia Lane, Changmenwai, Suzhou, and later moved to Baijuchang, Xinghua City (now Baiju Town, Dafeng City, Jiangsu Province). Shi Naian was smart and studious since he was a child. He passed the scholar examination in the first year of Yanyou (1314) of the Yuan Dynasty, passed the imperial examination in the first year of Taiding (1324), and became a Jinshi in the second year of Shun (1331).
Soon he was appointed Yin of Qiantang County. He was reprimanded by the county magistrate for defending the grievances of the poor, so he resigned and returned home. In the 13th year of the Yuan Dynasty (1353), Zhang Shicheng, a salt man in Baijuchang, and other 18 strong men led the strong men to revolt against the Yuan Dynasty. Zhang Shicheng respected his literary and military skills and repeatedly invited him to serve as the military commander. Shi Naian happily went there with the grand plan of building the "Wangdaolesuo" and provided Zhang Shicheng with many strategies to attack cities and seize land.
