4 Cultural issues. Many people feel that work is stressful. They have been tired for the whole day. How can they still have the energy to go to the gym? Why spend money and suffer when you have that time to lie at home and feel comfortable? In China, if you see a 30-year-old skateboarding or jogging on the street, many people will laugh at him. In foreign countries, this is normal. If you laugh at others, others will laugh at you.
