First: Aokang sales staff intentionally did not explain to customers that the upper part of the shoes was not genuine leather, and there was deliberate concealment!
I asked if it was genuine leather, and the salesperson said yes. In fact, later, after it broke, I found out when I read the instructions that the lower part was indeed leather and the upper part was PU. I didn’t notice at all that the upper part is made of PU, while the lower part is made of leather. Their salesperson didn't give any specific instructions at all. Later, the people in the store said (Ocon Nanshan Changxing Store) why don't you see it clearly? ! I have to ask, don’t you Aokang sales staff have the responsibility to explain the truth? Just a selective answer? In fact, if I had known that it was not genuine leather, I definitely would not have bought it.
Second: Aokang’s quality is not up to par!
PU shoes are available in many places, and boots with some PU on them are also common. One pair was worn for a month and was damaged beyond recognition (I really regret throwing it away, otherwise I could show the picture), and the other pair was broken after only being worn for two days (luckily I haven’t thrown it away yet, I took a picture with my phone to show everyone)
Third: Aokang, regarding the warranty issue, they are irresponsible and are trying their best to take advantage of the national three guarantees!
Shoes are sold everywhere according to the season, but I have never seen any store where you can change your shoes just by putting them away. Everyone buys shoes because they are everywhere when the season changes. It is common for everyone to put them away first and then wear them when the time comes.
