Is there a problem with air conditioning in universities in Xiamen?

Not all of them are air-conditioned. Chengyi College, for example, is all air-conditioned. Needless to say, there is.

The highest temperature in Xiamen is over 40 degrees Celsius in summer, and even 30 degrees Celsius in some schools. Once you get used to it, it’s not too hot. There are air conditioners in the classrooms, so it’s great to take a shower in summer. However, don’t run around in the middle of the day, as heat stroke is still possible, and summer generally lasts until October.

Of course blowing a fan can solve the problem. Haha, it’s not a tropical area. Xiamen is in the subtropical zone and it rains more in summer. There are rainy season and dry season here, and winter is the dry season.

The humidity and heat are similar to those in Wuhan. I have never been to Wuhan, but from my understanding, the actual situation will not be much different.
