Mr. Bean (Rowan Sebastian Atkinson CBE) is always a fool with blessings. He bought a lottery ticket and got a chance to spend his holiday in France by accident. Mr. Bean immediately packed his bags and went to France to complete his avant-garde movie dream! After arriving in Paris, Mr. Bean met a judge of Cannes Film Festival from Russia. The whimsical bean wants to make an avant-garde movie about himself, so he never cares about the consequences. He took his son who was separated from a Russian judge. They jumped on the train and played a father and son on the way, but they made a big joke because of the language barrier and finally got into trouble.
Will Bean be arrested as a "kidnapper" in the end, or will he take his film to Cannes and win the grand prize?
