Talk about the human body field

Everything has its place, and people are no exception. I call the field of the human body the "human body field". The human body field is more complex than other fields. It not only has a physiological field, but also a psychological field. The physiological field is relatively simple and relatively stable; the psychological field is complex: joy, anger, sorrow, joy, thinking about things, worrying about gains and losses, talking about the past and the present, looking forward to the future... The shape and frequency of the psychological field change with your thoughts. Change; I still have dreams when sleeping, and when I am quiet, I am either bored or distracted... In short, my mind is restless and my mind is restless... causing the psychological field and the physiological field to not be superimposed well. All cultivation methods are to form a good superposition state of physiological field and psychological field from different angles, improve the intensity of the human body field, and then absorb the "essence" of all things in the world or assimilate the surrounding fields to make one's own human body field stronger. The "essence" of all things in the world is the basic component of field and qi and even all things. The ancients called it the aura of heaven and earth, the essence of the sun and the moon, and modern people call it energy. People and everything can emit this energy, and can also absorb a certain amount of energy. People who practice Qigong can absorb a large amount of this energy and can use this energy to produce certain effects. This energy is penetrating but is attracted by field forces. This kind of thing also exists in the human body.
The principle of the technique of guarding the lower Dantian with intention is: when the lower Dantian is guarded with intention, the psychological field will form a gravitational field with the lower Dantian as the center of gravity, and the "essence" inside and outside the body will naturally slowly gather together. At the Dantian, a sense of Qi or a mass of Qi is formed. It is not difficult to see from here: Why should you guard the Dantian gently? It is to make your psychological field not only cover the inside and outside of the body, but also focus on the lower Dantian. In this way, it can not only absorb the "essence" in the body, but also the "essence" outside the body, and the practice effect will be better; if you stick to the lower Dantian, the head and the lower Dantian will form two sharp opposites, and the "center of gravity" will not be It’s in the lower dantian! The psychological field is no longer "a gravitational field that covers the inside and outside of the body, forming the following Dantian as the 'center of gravity'". The "jing" inside and outside the body cannot be gathered in one place to form a sense of energy or air mass, and the effect of the practice will be poor!
Kung Fu techniques that do not involve consciously guarding the lower Dantian, such as Shaolin Neijin One Finger Zen, Yiquan Zhanzhuang and other techniques, all advocate that there is no need to enter silence and do not require conscious guarding, but the practice posture must be correct. In fact, keeping the posture correct during the exercise is unconsciously equivalent to keeping the whole body focused; practicing the exercise seriously is equivalent to entering tranquility, which is wonderful! At this time, the psychological field focuses on the entire human body and covers both the inside and outside of the body. The "essence" of the surrounding environment is relatively evenly absorbed in the meridian system of the entire human body and merges with the own own "essence" to form internal energy. In addition, the specific postures of the exercise and the requirements and experience of upper and lower emptiness naturally promote the directional flow of inner qi... Therefore, it is possible to achieve "the external qi is drawn in, the inner qi is released outward, without the need for mental guarding, and the circulation is normal." By the way, some of these exercises require the anus to be raised. Please don't do it deliberately. Just relax your whole body naturally.
The method of mind guidance is to use the mind to guide along a certain meridian, thereby speeding up the flow of the inherent qi in the human body's meridian system... Therefore, practicing this method must be guided by a teacher. Do not practice blindly: the guiding thoughts should be light, so that the thoughts are naturally distributed throughout the body while guiding specific meridians, which is more conducive to the circulation of internal energy and the absorption of external essence.

In "The Human Body Field" (1), it focuses on the important role of the good superposition of the psychological field and the physiological field in the process of cultivation. In this article, the psychological field and the physiological field are deliberately divided into two parts for the convenience of explanation. In fact, the psychological field and physiological field of a living person are inseparable: when a person is sick, the physiological field is abnormal, which will affect the state of the psychological field; the abnormality of the psychological field will affect the state of the physiological field. Cultivation is to adjust the state of a person's psychological field to achieve a good superposition with the state of one's own physiological field, so that one's entire human body field is enhanced, thereby absorbing the energy of nature and mobilizing one's own inherent energy to form internal Qi that runs along the meridians; the movement of internal Qi It has the effect of dredging the meridians and smoothing Qi and blood. All diseases are caused by the blockage of meridians and Qi and blood for some reason. As long as Qi and blood in the diseased area begin to circulate normally, the disease will begin to reverse towards health.
The psychological field is the phenomenon of the influence of human psychological activities on the inside and outside of the body. Consciousness, ideas, visualization, etc. all belong to this scope.
For ordinary people, it mainly refers to the sixth consciousness; for people who have achieved certain achievements in Qigong practice (for example, after Qitong Da Zhoutian) or people with a relatively quiet nature, it refers to the sixth and seventh consciousness; the eighth consciousness is generally difficult to Appearance, only a few people will appear under special circumstances or those who have cultivated to a high level will appear. The sixth consciousness is the process of ordinary mental activities; the seventh consciousness is called the subconscious or subconscious mind, which is the kind of thinking activity that is unconscious or involuntary; the eighth consciousness is the ontology of the heart, which holographically controls everything in the universe. People who are new to Qigong practice mainly display the sixth consciousness, which is also called conscious consciousness. According to the requirements of the Qigong method practiced: it may focus on guarding the lower Dantian, or guarding the whole body, or guiding certain meridians... to make it consistent with one's own physiology. The field forms a good superposition state, thereby absorbing and converging the energy (jing) inside and outside the body to form the qi of the Dantian or the qi running along the meridians. The stronger the qi in the body, the stronger the field outside the body - the stronger the field outside the body, the more energy is absorbed from the surrounding space... So over and over again, the internal qi and the external field continue to strengthen, and the kung fu continues to improve.
The process of cultivation is the process of constantly absorbing energy from the outside world. Some people may ask, will this affect the people and things around me? This is absolutely not the case. People and other things will continue to emit energy to the surrounding space, and they will also continue to absorb energy into the surrounding space: during growth, the energy absorbed is more than the energy lost; during aging, the energy absorbed is less than the energy lost; it exists in nature A lot of this energy.
After Qi has passed through the Small Zhoutian or the Great Zhoutian, some practitioners will see a red or dark red "elixir" in their Dantian (mostly the lower Dantian). In fact, this is the phase formed by the internal energy gathering to a certain density. It seems that some practitioners can see a sense of light on their fingertips.
After the true Qi is connected to the Great Zhoutian, the practitioner's internal Qi gradually strengthens, but it is often very unstable and will be significantly affected by factors such as the seasons and the waxing and waning of the moon. But remember to let nature take its course, whether the qi is strong or weak, whether the qi is moving or staying, just listen to the whole body with your heart. Do not use your mind to draw the qi. Gradually, the activity of the sixth consciousness will gradually weaken, and then it will truly become quiet. At this time, the seventh consciousness will begin to appear. At this time, the practitioner may find that there is a thin layer of aura around his body. This aura is the human body field in which his own physiological field and psychological field are integrated. This human body field is basically white, light hazy, and has a relatively low energy level. However, when practitioners can feel this human body field, their practice may progress rapidly. Because from this stage, the practitioner begins to be able to assimilate the auras of surrounding things. As long as he assimilates certain auras, the practitioner's human body field will rapidly strengthen and his internal energy will also increase rapidly. In my articles such as "Keys to Entering Calmness", "The Most Efficient Way to Collect Qi", "Secrets of the Universe and Life Phenomena", I have repeatedly mentioned cultivating the mind and nature, doing good deeds and accumulating virtue. These are all methods for assimilating the aura, and I hope practitioners will read them carefully.
Some practitioners say that when reading certain articles or recalling certain things, they sometimes feel a strong sense of Qi. This is a phenomenon of field induction, that is, your human field and someone or someone The field of things is assimilated, so that your human body field is strengthened, and your inner Qi is also strengthened. These induction phenomena are also called enlightenment by some people. People with good understanding will make very fast progress in kung fu.
On the basis of Qi flowing through the Great Zhoutian, more and more energy is accumulated in the body. When there is too much energy, it will rush along the middle of the body to the top of the head. At this time, some practitioners will feel as if there is a hole in the top of their head, which is attracted to the sky or the roof. Slowly, I felt that the hole was getting bigger and bigger, until it felt as big as the entire top of my head. At this time, my whole body felt empty. Some practitioners open the entire top of their head at once: or the entire top of their head opens at once, or they feel that the top of their head is cracked into several pieces, and their entire body suddenly becomes void. This phenomenon is called opening the top or opening the sky gate. Some practitioners say that when I sit in meditation, I sometimes feel that my entire being is empty. I would like to ask if my body is still empty after I open my eyes after completing the exercise? If your body feels as empty when you are not practicing as it is when you practice, it may be that your head is open. However, people who have truly opened their roofs basically have the above-mentioned experience of opening their roofs. In addition, after opening their roofs, the practitioner’s human body field is different from before. It is obviously cloud-like, in groups, with a relatively high energy level. It can make people around you feel a strong aura, and you can also use this aura to treat many people around you at the same time.
After opening the top, when practicing or in a quiet state, practitioners often clearly feel that there is another person flying out of the top of their head, straight into the sky, as if they have entered another world. The ancients called this phenomenon "the soul coming out of its shell" or "the sun coming out of its shell". Throughout the ages, many practitioners have made serious deviations in this link or have stagnated in their skills because they have no guidance from a master: They think they have attained enlightenment, become immortals, ascended to heaven, or have magical powers... In fact, this is just the following of consciousness. It’s a feeling of inner Qi rushing out of the body. It’s like when you point your palm towards a certain target and become still (it requires a certain amount of skill), you will feel a Qi acting between your hand and the target, and this Qi has a Your consciousness is as if your hands can actually touch the target. Practitioners must not miss the phenomenon of "the spirit coming out of its shell". Practitioners who have opened their tops will often have the phenomenon of "the spirit coming out of their shell" unconsciously. As long as you remember where you are practicing and what postures you are doing, it will be fine. In short, you must believe that you are practicing Qigong and never follow the "Yuan Shen". As long as you know that you are practicing Qigong, the "Yuan Shen" will definitely not run away.
As long as the consciousness does not travel with the "Yuan Shen", after a certain number of "Yuan Shen coming out of the shell", the "Yuan Shen" will never come out of the shell again. This is the right way.
In short, after the Qi is truly connected to the Great Zhoutian, the practitioner will practice the Qigong with the method of "returning to listen to the whole body". When you reach a certain level, you will understand: Listening back will be accompanied by a large area of ??inner vision and mindfulness. This listening, inner vision, and mindfulness actually appear at the same time and are integrated. For a certain period of time just after Qi passes through the Great Zhoutian, the main focus is to listen to the entire body cavity. You can start to practice Dantian Gong when you can achieve good tranquility every time you practice and have a clear sense of aura outside your body. Regarding the specific location of the Upper Dantian, there have been different opinions since ancient times, and there is no consensus; most methods of cultivating the Upper Dantian are to focus on the mind or to look inward. I met a good teacher who taught me the secret of "returning to listening", and I understood that the two ears gently return to the head and connect the head and the lower Dantian as one body - that is, to listen to the entire body (including the limbs) with the head as the center of gravity. , this is an excellent way to practice Dantian Gong.
When practicing the upper Dantian Gong, if you feel dizzy, you can change it to focus on listening to the entire body cavity, or you can also listen to the lower Dantian. After opening the top, every practice should focus on listening to the whole body.
Many practitioners say that I feel the Qi in my body moving when my body is relatively quiet, such as reading a book or watching TV, saying that I have no intention of practicing at that time. In fact, after you practice Qigong until you feel Qi all over your body, the seventh consciousness begins to appear. As long as your body is slightly quiet, your brain will become quiet unconsciously. This is also called subconscious Qigong practice. It is a normal phenomenon. You don’t need to stop the Qigong, or you can do it gently. Guard the lower Dantian or the Yongquan point on the soles of the feet; if you are watching a thrilling martial arts movie or laughing loudly with someone, you will not feel the inner energy moving because at this time the body is neither relaxed nor mentally guarded.
The high-energy human body field only appeared after the Great Opening. This high-energy human body field exists around the body of the practitioner anytime and anywhere - there is this human body field when practicing, and during normal times. There is also this human body field when you are not practicing. The human body field after the Great Circulation of Qi is mist-like and uniform; the human body field after the Great Opening is cloud-like with gold dots and many light yellowish-white cloud-like small groups; when the Kung Fu is more advanced The small cloud-like groups gradually become larger and more numerous, and the color gradually becomes more obvious, mixed with light yellow-green and purple light; when the skill is further advanced, many cloud-like objects are connected to each other to form an ever-changing and flashing atmospheric field, and there are often light in the aura. The purple light and many gold dots shaped like "water chestnuts" are really sparkling and beautiful... This atmospheric field covers the top, bottom and surroundings of the practitioner. The practitioner can actually feel his body, surroundings and even the imaginary world. All people, things, and things are enveloped in this light field that is "big and has no outside" and "is small and has no inside"... At this time, the eighth consciousness begins to appear: the practitioner can feel the size of his or her own mind (that is, The aura) is like the void. The sun, moon, stars, mountains, rivers, earth, good people and bad people are all enveloped in this field. Practitioners are naturally in a selfless and aboveboard state of selflessness... What the ancients said is "the great compassion without predestined relationship and the great compassion of the same body" is achieved at this time.
