Africans say interesting things about seafood.

Because they don't have the tradition of eating seafood, and they won't make seafood better, the seafood they make is really not as delicious as the roasted meat, so they seldom eat seafood. Africa is a magical place where there are baobabs with long bread. It can be said that all kinds of food resources are very rich, so is seafood. However, Africans just don't like seafood, so the price of African seafood is very low. Africans don't like seafood for the following reasons.

First, I can't cook.

It may be because of eating habits, long-term colonial rule, or because Africans are naturally unwilling to waste time studying how to cook delicious food, so they are not very good at cooking seafood. Their usual cooking method is barbecue or steaming, but as we all know, seafood has a strong smell. If it is not fishy, the cooked seafood is not very delicious, at least a large part of people can't accept it.

Second, barbecue is better.

Probably because they can't cook seafood, Africans have been cooking meat for a living, so their barbecue is actually very good. Therefore, most Africans will not give up "delicious" barbecue for "unpalatable" seafood.

Third, seafood allergy.

It is well known that many people are allergic to seafood. Then, a long time ago, Africans ate seafood, some people were allergic to it, and the rest of Africans became resistant to seafood. Even though it is now known that allergies are caused by physical problems, a long tradition will discourage them from seafood.

To sum up, I personally think that Africans seldom eat seafood for these reasons.
