Secondly, the northeast people prefer to eat sauerkraut. Many families in Northeast China will pickle cabbage in winter and make it into sauerkraut or sauerkraut. It's really warm to make a pot of sauerkraut stew and stewed vermicelli in cold winter, so the so-called fireworks and happy life are probably just like this. Now people in Northeast China can still cook, but they are far from being so exaggerated, and should gradually disappear with the growth of young people.
