The working principle of automobile air conditioning compressor is explained as follows:

1. The compressor sucks the low-temperature and low-pressure refrigerant gas at the evaporator outlet, compresses it into high-temperature and high-pressure gas, and discharges it from the compressor;

2. The high-temperature and high-pressure refrigerant gas enters the condenser, and due to the decrease of pressure and temperature, the refrigerant gas condenses into liquid, releasing a lot of heat;

3. The refrigerant liquid with higher temperature and pressure becomes larger after passing through the expansion device, and the pressure and temperature drop sharply, and then it is discharged from the expansion device in the form of mist;

4. Misty refrigerant liquid enters the evaporator. At this time, the boiling point of the refrigerant is much lower than the temperature in the evaporator, and the refrigerant liquid evaporates into gas.

Automobile air conditioning refrigeration system consists of compressor, condenser, liquid storage dryer, expansion valve, evaporator and blower.

All components are connected into a closed system by copper pipes and high-pressure rubber pipes.

When the refrigeration system works, the refrigerant circulates in this closed system in different states.
