At least I am, so I can only wear 9-point pants to cover my thick calves.

But then again, we are all office workers now, and we have to clean up the housework when we go home. We really have no time to exercise. The only thing is to mop the floor and wash clothes at home. But this kind of exercise is different from real exercise, and it can't achieve the effect of exercise. Therefore, if this continues for a long time, you will become more and more lazy and unwilling to exercise.

In fact, at present, most people like to go out to Little Square or shopping malls for exercise, including square dancing and walking, which is also a form of fitness. Many young people enter the gym to meet the needs of muscle exercise.
