Because of standardized production, there is inventory in the warehouse, and the uncertainty of choosing modules when designers design kitchens makes it very difficult to determine the inventory quantity to be prepared when ordering from factories. Some commonly used modules are shipped in the warehouse every day, while some modules have not been shipped for a long time. The unsold inventory takes up a lot of money, which makes the company's capital turnover difficult and there is no money to order from the factory, which leads to some customers not being able to install them in time, which has caused adverse effects to the company. Now our procurement has gradually found the delivery rule, reduced non-performing assets and accelerated the flow of funds. According to my calculation, if a company also wants to do a standardized model, the initial capital investment needs to reach 5 million yuan. With the passage of time and the increase of franchise stores, 5 million is no longer needed. If there are 100 franchisees, the liquidity of the headquarters only needs 3 million, which is very fast. But opening a franchise store in A Le only needs about 200,000 yuan, which greatly lowers the threshold of cabinets. Color difference is the most serious practical problem we have encountered. Le's product door panels are mainly molded panels, supplemented by melamine door panels. These two kinds of door panels have appeared color difference problems one after another, among which the white high-gloss molded door panel is the most serious. The surface of PVC template is a layer of PVC film, which will cause color difference due to temperature, raw material ratio and other factors in the production process. Of course, the same batch of films is the same color, and different batches of films will have color difference more or less. The solution we found is to ask the factory to import as many films as possible in batches, stop the production of large-scale inventory when the film is used to 70%, and use the remaining 30% for replenishment to maximize the joke inventory. When the number of our franchisees increases to more than 50, we can completely realize zero inventory, and all the products produced by the factory will be distributed to franchisees all over the world after staying in our warehouse. By then, it will better reflect the scale advantage. With the increase of franchise stores, all problems can be solved. What our headquarters should do is to train the employees of all departments of franchisees and monitor the product quality.
