At present, there are two kinds of basketball, volleyball and football that we commonly use, one is a hand-sewn ball and the other is an adhesive ball. In international competitions, soccer mostly uses sewing balls, while basketball and volleyball use sticky balls. In order to prolong the service life of all kinds of balls, the following points should be paid attention to during the use: 1. Don't sit the ball as a bench, lest it be deformed; 2. After the ball is soaked with water, put it in a ventilated place to dry. Don't bask in the waterfall or bake with fire to prevent the ball skin from hardening and cracking and affecting the weighing force; 3. Inflate the ball moderately, not too full, and it is best to let it go after playing the ball to keep the roundness of the ball; 4. Don't regard basketball and volleyball as the source of football. What if the ball leaks? The first thing to check is to put the ball into the water to see where there is gas and oil, which means there is leakage. There are many kinds of air leakage, such as air leakage from the air nozzle, air leakage at the edge of the air nozzle or air leakage at the ball joint, puncture and cracking, etc. The following are ways to overcome these air leaks:

(1) When the air nozzle leaks, a new air nozzle must be replaced. The method is to daub some gasoline soaking gaps on the edge of the ball mouth (if it is not the first time for a new ball to be changed, there is no need to daub the market berth), and then gently pick out the upper part of the ball mouth from the gap with an awl, and clamp it with citrus, and do not use too much force to avoid puncturing the ball bladder or clamping the ball mouth. After taking out the old spherical nozzle, soak the new spherical nozzle in soapy water and insert it into the valve. Then use a screwdriver to clamp the disc in the middle of the ball nozzle, squeeze it inward, and plug it into the female groove and the male groove of the port (the circular body below the port is the female groove and the male groove with a groove in the middle, which is a special device used by Nie to clamp the ball nozzle). After the new ball is loaded, check whether there is still air leakage. If there is no air leakage, take out the tungsten from the part above the spherical surface. (Figure 1 15)

(2) If the gas elbow runs at the edge of the gas whistle or at the spherical joint, latex (latex source; You can contact the latex factory, and it is best to use natural latex. Synthetic latex sold by chemical paint shops all over the country is also ok, but it needs to be mixed with water. Latex is afraid of heat, freezing and volatilization, so it should be sealed. Inject about 250C into each basketball and 20 CC into each volleyball and football (the number of small basketball, volleyball and football used by teenagers should be reduced), then rotate the ball to make the latex adhere to the inner wall of the whole ball plate of the boat evenly, then pump enough air and park it for about four hours.

(3) If the perforation is small, inject about 10CC of latex through the gas nozzle, then place the leaking part at the lower end, gently shake it to make the latex recover to the perforation and its periphery evenly, and then park it for about four hours after inflation.

If the hole is larger, more latex can be injected and the parking time will be longer.

(4) When the crack is wet (rubber tire ball), first soak the back seam around the crack with gasoline, then stir up the edge of the leather with an awl (be careful not to puncture the bladder), then soak the glue between the dead skin and the middle cloth layer with gasoline, then slowly peel off the leather, and sew the bladder crack with a relatively strong thick thread (one stitch every 4 mm or so, with moderate tightness). According to the size of the crack, an appropriate amount of latex is injected through the gas nozzle to make it adhere to the sub-crack and its surroundings. After inflation, put the ball in a fixed place (crack down. If the crack is too big, it can be done twice), and then inflated one day later. If there is no air leakage, clean the outside of the inner container and the peeled inside, and apply glue for repairing bicycle tires three times respectively. Every time you apply it, dry it and then apply it again. After the third glue drying, you can stick the epidermis. If there is still air leakage, add an appropriate amount of latex.
