I originally wanted to feel the speed of 4G, but now I feel very unhappy. Could you please find out what the reason is?

The day before yesterday, I participated in China Mobile’s event of depositing phone bills and giving away iPhone 5S, and received a machine with National Bank 1518. Immediately communicated with 100 to change the 4G card and open the data package. I was in a hurry and asked the salesperson to activate the phone and debug it before leaving. I went home in the afternoon and installed all the software that needed to be installed. I wanted to try out the 4G speed and deliberately turned on the network. When I saw 4G on the display, I thought that the 1 MB app should be installed immediately, but it turned out that the speed was not even as fast as the wifi at home. After discovering this problem, I was not sure whether there was a problem with the 4G network speed. I downloaded the network speed test software and tried it. The resulting data was actually only about 300K downlink speed. When I open the web page, the speed feels slow and sometimes it can't even keep up with the original mobile pseudo-3G speed, let alone watching videos. Since I live near the first ring road, it could not be a network coverage problem. I went to Baidu to see if there was a problem with the settings. After reading various articles, I determined that there should be no problem with the settings, so I called 10086 for help. The first reply I got was to consult with the backend network specialist, who told me that my data only runs on 2G and 3G networks. Ask me to go to the place where I applied for the card to see if there is something wrong with the card or the settings. Okay, I'll tolerate it. After that, I went to the 100 Business Hall, where a salesperson made various checks, gave her machine to my machine for comparison, and then switched the two cards to different machines for testing. After spending more than 100 megabytes of traffic, they gave me a reply. There was no problem with the card and settings. The speed was just this speed. They couldn't solve the network problem and there was nothing they could do. I asked her if she said the downlink speed was at least 12 Mbit/s, and she said her speed was the same as mine, so she didn’t know and couldn’t solve it. After leaving helplessly, I asked 10086 again for help, saying that I need to adjust the settings of this machine to 15.6 or 15.7. When I told her that I was already on 16.1, she stopped talking and told me to wait while the matter was reported.

I am speechless at this point. If this is the experience of the 4G network, I can only say that this is too disappointing.
