I didn't accept Hunan cuisine until my freshman year. I can't feel its delicacy until I really like this dish. Every dish is delicious, and every bite of bacon can make people linger. After graduating from college, I went to Shenzhen to develop. Eating in Shenzhen is much lighter than in Jiangxi and Hunan, so I seldom eat authentic Hunan cuisine.

Second, the spicy taste is very good, and the smell of smoke is nostalgic. Now every time I eat authentic Hunan cuisine, it reminds me of my wonderful college days. I may eat a lot during my four years in college, so now I will go to Changsha or have another Hunan meal at the university gate every year. I especially like the taste of bacon, because I think it is delicious, and every bite can give people a very special taste. Waiwaicai in Hunan cuisine is also my favorite dish. Because of this dish, I can eat two bowls of rice every time.

Now I like Hunan cuisine very much, and because I am finally not allergic to Chili, I eat very hard and presumptuous. Every time I invite customers to dinner, I ask them if they can eat spicy food. If there is, I will take them to Hunan restaurant and let them taste Hunan food.
