In the same year, he was promoted to General Zuo, in charge of public security, and during the holidays, he was granted the title of Marquis of Wanling. Cao Zhen, Xia Houshang and others surrounded Zhu Ran in Jiangling, and Zhuge Jin sent troops to rescue him. Jin has a gentle nature, reasoning about principles, and has no skills to defeat the enemy. The soldiers will not understand for a long time. In the spring of the next year, when the river melted, Pan Zhang and others built a water city upstream. Jin attacked the pontoon bridge and Zhen and others retreated. Although there is no great achievement, it is still due to the smooth entry of the security guards. Zhuge Jun

Zhuge Xuan then took Zhuge Liang and Zhuge Jun to take office. When the Eastern Han Dynasty controlled by Li Jue appointed Zhu Hao to replace Zhuge Xuan, Zhuge Liang and others defected to Liu Biao, the herdsman of Jingzhou with whom they had a friendship, and settled down in Jingzhou.

[The second year of Jian'an in the Han Dynasty] In 197 AD, Zhuge Xuan died. Zhuge Liang, Zhuge Jun and others lived in seclusion in Longzhong, twenty miles west of Xiangyang City.

[The twelfth year of Jian'an in the Han Dynasty] In 207 AD, Liu Bei paid three visits to Longzhong and asked Zhuge Liang to come out, but Zhuge Jun still stayed in Longzhong. [Shu Han Dynasty] From 216 to 263 AD, Zhuge Jun was an official, reaching the rank of captain of Changshui.
