Respect, Altruism and Responsibility
Senior mentioned three basic qualities that people should possess: respect, altruism and responsibility. I almost cried when I heard that. What a coincidence! For some time, I have been focusing on three aspects of raising children, but I acted according to my own feelings without theoretical support. Summarizing these three points, I feel refreshed!
? First of all, when it comes to respect, I occasionally read that Japanese people were taught not to give others trouble when they were young. They said, "Please, thank you, I'm sorry!" " At least a hundred times a day. I used to feel that my relatives and friends were too polite and seemed to be very distinguished. In fact, this is really a comfortable habit and upbringing. I have been practicing it in my subsequent work and life. For example, no matter who I deal with outside, I will add "thank you!" Even when I buy food, I will tell each other that I want to say dozens of "thank you!" " I have been attending classes almost every day during this time. Communicate with anyone, even children, and I will add "What do you think?" I remember working in Chinese and English in 2006. The school invited a master from Shenzhen University to teach us group gymnastics. Every time she discusses the formation queue with me, she always adds "What do you think?" I have never been so respected in front of a master. I was so excited. Although more than ten years have passed, I still remember it vividly. We respect all people, regardless of age, status and identity. Everyone deserves to be respected. There are nine words written on everyone's forehead: Please make me feel important!
Whether it is husband and wife, children, parents or relatives and friends, if you can consciously read these words, many obstacles to communication between you will be solved!
The second word: altruism. Altruism is actually beneficial to others. Every time my parents secretly send me their own sharing, I will say the last sentence: you are really great! But if you can send out such a great sharing, will it benefit more people? When we do anything, do we benefit ourselves and see if we can benefit others? Help others be happy! If you want others to be good to you, you must be good to others first, and you will always pay more than you take. In fact, these words are very common in our lives, but few people actually practice them. I really benefited a lot! One of my intentions is to achieve the goal of children's education by driving parents to grow up. Since the development of our class management, I am the most direct beneficiary myself. This benefit has nothing to do with matter. In just over two months, people around me can feel that my heart is getting bigger and bigger, my inner strength is getting stronger and stronger, my thinking level has been upgraded to a different dimension, and my way of dealing with problems is much wiser. I feel full and happy every day. The original way to make yourself happy is really to help others!
? Seeing the word "bear" reminds me of the recent "Jiangge" incident on the Internet. The innocent and kind girl was dragged into trouble, and the perpetrators refused to come out even if they apologized. In fact, she didn't learn to take responsibility and didn't have the courage to take the consequences since she was a child. She is afraid that her interests will be damaged, and she would rather bear the blame than dare to come out! Such a person is simply inhuman! However, I just want to say that this is all a mistake in education. Even though she studied abroad with excellent results, no one taught her to be responsible. I can understand them, but I can't be forgiven.
I apologized to G.E.M. in our class yesterday, because I lost my temper and scolded him last week. I don't think it hurt my image. On the contrary, the children in our class have a sense of ownership and collective centripetal force, and even if the teacher makes mistakes, he will apologize in public. They will respect their teachers more. They have been trained since childhood that they can't make mistakes without apologizing. The courage to take responsibility is the most precious quality in life. I am teaching the children with my heart. I know that adults have many behavior habits that need to be changed, just like themselves ten years ago. I understand you very well. Children are making progress, so we Datong students should review and alert ourselves. I am grateful that my career has given me such a good platform for growth, and I am even more grateful that so many college students are willing to work with me. Thank you! We are always on the road.
In fact, I don't read much, and my writing is even more irregular. Don't forget that I am a music teacher! But I know my heart is good. I have always been selfless and altruistic, so I won't make too many mistakes. Even if I make mistakes, people will tolerate me. This is the courage that I dare to write and share. I am not afraid of jokes and cynicism. I am quiet and undisturbed. I like and admire myself like this! (Teacher Wu shares the second article)
