What kind of jokes have you made because of a slip of the tongue?

I made a slip of the tongue on the phone, and everyone in the office laughed until their stomachs hurt. I am a very nervous person who always does a lot of unexpected things inadvertently. These things tend to make a lot of jokes, so now my closest friends call me "the weird girl". Because they don’t know when I will do something strange, and sometimes I wonder where my mind is at.

Once, the office phone suddenly rang, and I happened to be standing next to the phone. At that time, I seemed to be wandering off, so I picked up the phone and called "hello". I remembered an old voice on the other end of the phone, "I'm Teacher Yang Fa." I guess my mind was still on the road at that time, so I answered smoothly, "Oh, Teacher Yang Fa." Oh my God, Teacher Yang is an old man in the school. I usually respectfully call "Teacher Yang" when I see him! But today, alas, after I finished speaking, I realized what I had said.
