Israel is also an illegal nuclear-armed country listed in the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty. But Israel itself has not developed nuclear weapons, but only possesses nuclear bombs from the West. Therefore, unlike North Korea, Israel is unwilling to join mainly because the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty says it illegally possesses nuclear weapons, not because it disagrees with the agreement not to develop nuclear weapons.
