Article 11 Indoor public places, public transportation vehicles and the following Smoking is completely prohibited in outdoor areas of public places:

(1) Child care institutions, child welfare institutions, primary and secondary schools, children's parks, activity centers, education and training institutions, etc., with minors as the main activity group Outdoor areas of public places;

(2) Outdoor areas of maternal and child health care institutions and medical and health institutions that mainly provide medical services to pregnant women and children;

(3) Outdoor spectator seats and competition areas in sports and fitness venues;

(4) Other outdoor places where smoking is prohibited as prescribed by laws and regulations.

No smoking room or smoking area shall be set up in the no-smoking places specified in the preceding paragraph. Operators and managers of no-smoking places may set up smoking places at appropriate locations around the no-smoking areas as needed.

Article 17 Operators and managers of controlled smoking places shall set up smoking control signs that meet standards in accordance with regulations.

Smoking control signs should be large and clear, and should at least include graphic warning signs prohibiting smoking, the amount of fines for illegal smoking, and the telephone number for complaints and reports. The standards for making smoking control signs shall be uniformly stipulated by the municipal health and family planning administrative department and announced to the public.

Encourage state agencies, enterprises and institutions, social groups and other social organizations to make their own smoking control signs that comply with regulations.

Article 25 If anyone violates the provisions of these Measures and smokes in a place where smoking is prohibited, the smoking control supervision and management department shall give the smoker a warning and impose a fine of ten yuan.

Article 26 If the operator or manager of a smoking control place fails to perform the obligations stipulated in Article 14 of these Measures, the smoking control supervision and management department shall impose a fine of more than 500 yuan on the operator or manager. A fine of less than 1,000 yuan is imposed.

Article 27: Anyone who smokes in prohibited smoking areas, refuses to listen to dissuasion, disrupts normal business and work order, or hinders relevant departments from performing their duties in accordance with the law, violates the "People's Revolution of the People's Republic of China and the People's Republic of China" If the violation is in accordance with the Public Security Administration Punishment Law, the public security organs shall impose penalties; if a crime is constituted, criminal liability shall be investigated in accordance with the law.
