The creation focuses on 24 characters and 12 aspects: "prosperity, democracy, civilization, harmony, freedom, equality, justice, rule of law, patriotism, dedication, integrity, and friendliness". Theme 2: "Speaking of Civility and Establishing New Trends" creates a public service advertisement. The creation focuses on civilized etiquette, civilized tourism, civilized transportation, civilized dining tables, etc., guiding people to be civilized and courteous in speech and behavior, public places, getting along with neighbors, driving on the road, traveling and sightseeing, abandoning bad habits, and becoming civilized Dazhou people.

Theme 3: Public service announcements for the ideological and moral construction of minors. The creation focuses on the spiritual outlook of minors who love their motherland and hometown, are enterprising, healthy, united and friendly, civilized and polite, and guide minors to consciously create a good image of being honest and trustworthy, abiding by laws and regulations, loving science, and being helpful to others, and abide by and Practice social ethics, do civilized things, and be civilized people.

3. Collection Requirements

Work Requirements

The collected works are divided into print advertising works and video advertising works.

Print advertising works are suitable for newspapers, posters, large screens, single columns, building enclosures, picture frames and other carriers. The format is JPG format file, the resolution is not less than 300dpi, CMYK color mode, the size of a single work is not more than 10M; presented in a series.

Video advertising works are in the form of film and television videos, micro-movies, short videos, animations, etc. The file format of the work is MP4, the video resolution is no less than HD standard, the duration is no more than 2 minutes, and the size of the work is no more than 500M.

Targets

This solicitation is open to the whole society. Teachers and students from various colleges and universities across the country, companies or individuals engaged in the advertising industry and art design, and public service advertising enthusiasts can participate.

5. Activity Arrangement

Activity starts. Publish event announcements in mainstream media in Dazhou City, forming a strong public service advertising and creative atmosphere.

Submission of works. All types of works should be submitted to the Propaganda Department of the Municipal Party Committee in electronic form before September 5th. The work registration form should be submitted in PDF form after being signed by me.
