This presentation comprehensively interpreted the three current work goals of our bureau proposed by the Road Bureau Work Conference and the Employees’ Congress: overall work goals, this year’s work goals, and security work goals.

The overall work goal is an overall goal from this year to 2020, that is, by 2020, we will realize the Harbin Dream of strengthening the country and enriching the industry, and ensure that all employees and the people of the country will step into a well-off society together.

This year’s work goal is to ensure that the average salary increase of global employees is 6% this year, and strive to reach 7.5%.

Guaranteeing work goals refers to the conditions that must be met to achieve this year's work goals, that is, the indicators that must be fulfilled and completed.
