"Lianhuo Expressway" refers to Lianyungang-Horgos Expressway. "Lianhuo Expressway" has three sections, namely Shanglan Section, Luo Zheng Section and Wukui Section. Its three major projects are: 1, Wushaoling tunnel group, which is known as the most difficult "throat project" in Lianhuo line construction; 2. Qin Zhou Tunnel; 3. Guozigou Bridge. Lianyungang-Horgos Expressway was opened to traffic on February 3, 20 14, and it is the longest expressway in China.

Lianhuo Expressway is one of the east-west trunk lines of China national expressway network. It used to be the "fourth horizontal" in the national trunk line "five verticals and seven horizontals", with the country name G30. It is 4395 kilometers long and passes through Jiangsu, Anhui, Henan, Shaanxi, Gansu, Xinjiang and other provinces.

The opening of the Zhengzhou-Luoyang section of Lianyungang-Horgos Expressway will effectively alleviate the original traffic pressure, improve the service capacity and level of the highway network in Henan Province, improve the highway traffic service level of the economic zone along the Yellow River in Henan Province, and enhance the radiation effect of the urban agglomeration along the Yellow River.
